Capabilities
This page is the single list of what ODMOP does. Each item carries one of four labels: Today (works now), In development (approved and started), Planned, or Not yet available. Sandbox and Live offer the same capabilities.
Today
Organisation profile and settings Today
Describe your organisation and set its currencies, time zone and working calendar.
People, roles and invitations Today
Invite colleagues and give each a role. What each role may do is checked on the server.
Audit trail Today
Changes to organisation data, roles and invitations are recorded in an append-only history.
In-app notifications Today
See in the app when, for example, an invitation was accepted.
Sign-in with two-step verification Today
Sign in with a password and, optionally, an authenticator app with recovery codes.
Programmes and projects Today
Organise work into programmes and projects, with codes, status and archiving that keeps the history.
Indicators, targets and reporting periods Today
Define an indicator once (definition, unit, direction, baseline), set targets per period, and lock the definition once measurements exist.
Measurements with versions and approvals Today
Record a value, submit it, and have a different person approve it. Every correction is a new version; who recorded and who approved, and when, is kept.
Evidence references Today
Attach a link or a reference to where the original document is held. The reference is recorded; the document itself is not stored in ODMOP.
Results reports Today
Results are calculated from approved measurements only, with baseline, target, achievement and the source of each figure. A saved snapshot cannot be changed afterwards.
